Preparation guides

Handy notes before your first visit or hybrid kickoff. They keep expectations realistic and your bag light.

What to bring

Comfortable layers, a water bottle, and flat shoes. We supply mats and props. Please skip heavy fragrances out of respect for shared air.

Pacing your first fortnight

Attend no more than three guided blocks in the opening week. Use off-days for short solo practices from your welcome pack.

Studio etiquette

Arrive five minutes early, silence your mobile, and let your guide know if you need to pause. Leaving early is always fine.

Seasonal tips for Sydney

Light breathable layers; hydrate before arrival. Our studio uses fans — bring a hair tie if needed.

Warm socks and a layer for the cool-down. Street parking can be busier on rainy evenings — plan ahead.

Allow extra travel time. We have sheltered entry via Gate 1; message us if you need assistance with access.
