What we collect
- Identity and contact details (name, email, phone if provided, messages).
- Enrolment and attendance information for program participants.
- Payment-related records processed by our secure payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on this website).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookie preferences.
- Marketing preferences where you opt in under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Why we collect information
We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, deliver programs, manage accounts, improve our website, meet legal obligations, and — with consent — send relevant updates about our services.
How we collect information
Directly from you via forms, email, phone, and in-studio sign-in; automatically through cookies and server logs; and from payment processors acting on our behalf.
Disclosure
We may disclose information to hosting providers, email services, payment processors, and professional advisers under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information. Overseas disclosure occurs only where APP 8 requirements are met (reasonable steps, notice, and safeguards).

Security

- Enrolment and financial records: up to 7 years for tax and contractual compliance.

Marketing communications
Commercial electronic messages include clear sender identification and a functional unsubscribe facility. You may opt out at any time.

Our services target adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 15 without parental or guardian consent.
