Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a remedy if a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee — for example, if it is not provided with due care and skill or is not fit for a disclosed purpose. Details of remedies (repair, resupply, refund) depend on whether the failure is major or minor.

Website use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or use the site for unlawful purposes under NSW or Commonwealth law, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Pricing and enrolment

Indicative fees on the website are not a binding offer until confirmed in a written quote or enrolment agreement. GST is included where applicable and shown on invoices.

Intellectual property

Content, branding, and materials remain our property or our licensors'. You may view pages for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

Where the ACL permits, our liability for loss arising from website use alone is limited to resupplying the relevant information or paying the cost of doing so. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
