Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid gentle energy recovery programs offered by Ecovibrant in Australia. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not limited by this policy.
Cooling-off for distance sales
If you enrol online or by phone without attending a session, you may cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund, provided you have not attended a guided block and have not downloaded personalised program materials supplied after enrolment.
After sessions begin
Once your first guided block has taken place, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions may be credited toward a future program within six months, subject to availability.
Major service failures
If our service fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL (for example, not provided with due care and skill), you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund for the affected portion. Contact us promptly with details.
Our cancellations
If we cancel a session due to facility issues or staff unavailability, you may reschedule at no charge or receive a pro-rata refund for the cancelled block.
How to request a refund or credit
Email contactuse@ecovibrant.world with your name, enrolment date, and reason. We acknowledge within two business days and aim to decide within 10 business days. Approved refunds are paid to the original method within 14 business days.
